My name is Tracy James Givens, born May 05, 1962. I still reside in Arlington Texas where I grew up. Married once for 13 years to my high-school sweetheart Robin Ann Cox the daughter of Fred Lavon Cox Sr and Margaret (Hatcher) Godfrey both from the Paris Texas area. These are three very large families and at the time of our marriage in 1979 Robin had 14 aunts and uncles and dozens of cousins. Our divorce was finalized on August 11th of 1992, and the harassment began and has been going on ever since.
My ex-wife and her parents wanted to destroy my life and the life of my girlfriend at that time Melissa Erin Hames (also from Arlington, Texas) at all costs. After many attempts to cause problems, they enlisted the help of their families and personal friends, some of which worked within the law enforcement fields to achieve this goal.
It’s progressed over the years from stalking me and invading my privacy to attacking my person with electronics such as radio frequency weapons and devices which has left obvious damage like the radiation burns on my body. Besides the obvious damage I have learned this is causing irreversible damage to the rest of my body including altering my DNA.
The electronic attacks didn’t really begin until January 3rd of 2003 after witnessing the perpetrators installing something into the nose cone of an 8’ satellite dish that was in the neighbor’s yard at 3725 Arnold Drive, Fort Worth Texas 76140 which was directly behind our home. The stalking and illegal surveillance began August 11th, 1992, as stated and would not have been possible if my biological family members listed below had not taken part.

It appears they all blamed Melissa and me for Robin’s state of mind and didn't want us to have a future together or my father's estate when he passed. They thought I had filed for divorce to be with Melissa when in fact it was Robin (ex-wife) that filed for divorce and would not agree to reconciliation. I had always given her anything she asked for, and I signed granting her an uncontested divorce which is what she wanted.
My father James Alission Givens a retired Sedgwick County Kansas Sherriff's deputy was ill and pasted in 1994 one year after the divorce, if he had lived, I'm sure this would have been resolved before it ever took flight
The electronic attacks forced me to have surgery in 2007 to repair damage to both eyes, my eyesight had gone from 20/15 – 20/17 to 20/250 – 20/270 in two years. I was told the damage was consistent to someone who works around high-powered electric / electronics. I am a truck driver by trade.
The perpetrators enacted a massive character attack against me in hopes of causing some form of breakdown or perhaps suicide. They filmed me having sex without my knowledge or consent and showed this around the city before placing the pornographic martial on-line.
Their family ties with law enforcement and government officials allow them access to innovative electronic surveillance technology and equipment along with files and documents that should otherwise be private. It also helps them avoid prosecution for the many crimes they commit while doing this. Their family ties with “psychology” professionals help them to discredit anyone that reports this crime and since the crime itself is so bizarre it’s quite challenging to explain.
These families run their own revenge service and have been doing so for over 40 years. Their claim is “we’ve done this to 1000’s of people”. Some of the perpetrators have extensive backgrounds in electronics and communications and are licensed to build or modify electric / electronic / electromagnetic equipment or devices. They use a wide range of electronics, some of which produces the effect known as Microwave Hearing or synthetic telepathy forcing their advisory to hear sounds and voices inside their head with little chance of others nearby being able to detect it. It also produces infrasound, which is the sensation of touch and is accomplished using radio waves, it can feel like a cat is walking on the bed, someone pouring cold water down your back or punching you in the eye. I’ve experienced all three listed and more.
This is all done in hopes of driving their advisory insane with the intentions of forcing their targets into the “Mental Health System” and labeled having a mental health condition such as “paranoid schizophrenic” there by making the crime easier to conceal and destroying any chance for a normal life.
I have been stalked and slandered daily by a group which apparently are saying I am responsible for a crime, and the police wouldn’t help them, so they have taken it upon themselves to find facts. What crime and who pays their salaries is unclear at present since I have never been approached or questioned by anyone to date, but we can still narrow down the list of suspects since this takes lots of time and money. Who would be willing to spend the money and time required to achieve this goal, my answer is the Cox, Hatcher, Godfrey families. Check or resources link for BIOs of interesting individuals.
I understand one of the cover stories revolves around the death of a perpetrator's son, a death I have no knowledge of and have never been asked about, I have only heard of it through the perpetrators electronics and while piecing together this information its clear they are the only ones which could have possibly done this and avoided prosecution for the crime.
When this began, I worked as a local mechanic until taking a position as an over-the-road truck drive. After a few years I began working in the West Texas Oil & Gas Fields hauling frac sand to well sites. While driving over the road I covered 2,500 miles per week, which equals 130,000 miles per year on average so one thing is clear, they were spending a lot of time and money on myself but for what purpose? What could possibly justify this attention, or the money being spent? It still does not make sense except now it’s not just revenge for the divorce I never wanted but for being strong enough to stand against them and reporting whom I know to be involved along with what I feel they are doing.
I was forced to retire January 2022 because of the escalating harassment with constant attacks to my person my health had started deteriorating at a rapid pace, and with equipment tampering it became too dangerous for myself and the public. With this unexpected time off I have formed TracyGivens.Com to advocate for better laws.
