WHY TRACYGIVENS.COM WAS CREATED - UPDATEING SEPTEMBER 6th 2025

                                                    I created this site to share information about

1) electronic harassment - fact or fiction - the myth - psychological communities

2) known perpetrators - who are they - why are they engaged in harassment - how do they connect - 

3) biological damage - medical evidence - USAF research -  

4) possibility of environmental damage caused by the radio frequency devices being used,

5) engage lawmakers with simple fact or fiction information

6) encourage congress to introduce legislation and pass new laws aimed specifically at these technologies

7) engage local and state representatives encouraging them to strengthen existing laws

This harassment is a blatant violation of our civil rights and liberties; the devices and technologies being used fall into many categories blurring the issue(s) of ownership and right to use privileges and might even fall under the category of Crimes Against Humanity itself which is punishable by death.

 
As neural interfaces become more advanced, they could potentially allow for the monitoring and even manipulation of thoughts. This raises significant concerns about privacy and security. Who owns the data collected by these systems? Could hackers gain access to someone’s brain activity? The ethical implications of such concerns will require careful regulation and oversight.

We live in an era where technology appears to have no limitations except for the limitations we place on our self(s), new laws with very stiff penalties are needed now.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist nor a criminal, just an average person that went through a divorce like millions of others, being harassed by corrupt government employees, contactors and their family members which appear to be in charge of or overseeing investigations in the United States.

The misuse of technology, the abuse of power and authority, the total disregard for our civil rights and liberties must be brought forward and the guilty held publicly responsible not reprimanded in the backroom.

this is a very bizarre crime and hopping to make changes so this will not happen to others.
