Streamline the issues, making things easier to understand while encouraging lawmakers to strengthen existing laws and enact new ones specifically aimed at these technologies and how they are deployed

Technology has surpassed everyone’s imagination, fifty (50) years ago who would have thought advanced surveillance technologies would allow us to see through someone’s eye’s or use their own ears as microphones picking up all conversations the subject is having or conversations taking place near enough to be overheard by the subject, even when the subject is sleeping this can be utilized by surveillance teams.

This form of harassment will continue to advance with technology into the next century and currently the laws governing some of these technologies are unclear and poorly written, the mind has no firewall, and little can be done to protect our selves from direct attack, new laws are needed which must carry very stiff penalties such as life without the possibility of parole for those who abuse or unlawfully use them.

As neural interfaces become more advanced, they could potentially allow for the monitoring and even manipulation of thoughts. This raises significant concerns about privacy and security. Who owns the data collected by these systems? Could hackers gain access to someone’s brain activity? The ethical implications of such concerns will require careful regulation and oversight.

This form of harassment is a blatant violation of our civil rights and liberties and may fall under the category of Crimes Against Humanity which carries a single punishment, death.

I am not a conspiracy theorist nor a criminal, just an average person being harassed by corrupt government employees, contactors and their family members while trying to find relief in the justice system dealing with a very bizarre crime and hoping to make positive changes so this will not happen to others.
