How did I become a target of the most advanced surveillance technologies on the planet? I went through a divorce, that's all.
This is nothing more than revenge being enacted upon me over an uncontested divorce which was finalized in Tarrant County Texas August 11th, 1992, ending a 13-year marriage and an 18-year relationship.
It continues today December 10th of 2025 (time of this writing) some 33 years and 4 months now with no end in sight, in fact the Stemociver being used has no off switch, it's powered by the electrical current produced by my body and will continue to operate after my heart stops beating for up to 7 minutes.
A one-way ticket if you will, a death sentence imposed upon me by corrupt narcotics agents related to my ex-wife and her families.
My ex-wife Robin Ann Cox Givens and her parents Fred Lavon Cox Sr and Margrett Hatcher Godfrey Cox wanted to destroy my life and the life of my girlfriend at that time Melissa Erin Hames (1974 to 2023) at all costs and enlisted the help of their families and personal friends
within the law enforcement fields to achieve this goal.
They enacted a massive character attack against me hoping to cause a breakdown or perhaps suicide all while employed or contracted to the United States Government in various agencies and holding positions of power and authority including members of senate and congress, local, county, state, federal and US law enforcement.
It’s progressed from stalking and invading my privacy to attacking my person with radio frequency weapons and devices which began on January 3rd, 2003, and continues today December 10th, 2025, almost 23 years now. These attacks forced me to have surgery in 2007 to repair damage to both eyes. The damage was consistent to someone working around high-powered electronics.
The attacks have also left visible damage on my body in the form of radio frequency radiation burns on my neck, chest, skull, hands, even my testicles and eyelids have been burnt. I have learned the damage from such attacks is irreversible and alters a person's DNA, causes cancers and other adverse health effects even to unintentional members of the public which are caught between myself and the location of the attacking system.
